operated by Suite Paradise, nestled in a former volcano crater very
close to Poipu. You see the condo above, complete with the family
holding popsicles.
It is a vacation duplex, one of many in the area, complete with living room, equipped kitchen, and several bedrooms. This condo was owned by an individual who must occasionally come to stay as well. Perhaps a place like this would be a great investment for you! |
When buying real estate, you need to check out the three most important aspects: location, location, and location. (OK, so that's not original!) In Kauai's case the location is compounded by the local climate, different depending on where you are.
So, how is the weather in
different parts of the island? In Poipu, it is usually sunny, but it
rains once a day or so, lightly. There is a constant wind that
just shoves the clouds past overhead. On the north shore it is
less sunny. The east side is where the prevailing wind hits the
island, often bringing rain. Around the mountain in the center of
the island, there is always a cloud, and it rains all the time. The west
side of the island is dry.
